Lilac House is a cute little café located in a residential section of Uijeongbu. It’s got great brunch food, croiffles (that’s a croissant turned into a waffle), espresso drinks, and hand drip coffee, paired with a cute, intimate atmosphere.

I’ve been here twice with friends so that’s why some of the photos have Halloween decor visible. However, I have yet to get a picture of my lilac croiffle, because by the time it comes out, I can’t wait to dig in!
The Ethiopia Guji drip is a wonderful blend of milk chocolate and strawberry, and the espresso drinks are also top-notch. The chicken and basil panini is a hit, and the ham and cheese also hits the spot.
The guys working are super awesome and sweet, too! There seems to be a beautiful dog that is often here, perhaps the owner’s dog, but I haven’t met them yet.
Well worth the venture into residential Uijeongbu!
